We’ve changed our service model to better serve growing local need. We now serve exclusively through charities and service organizations that have the resources to provide the case management necessary to help you move from crisis to stability as quickly as possible.

WAYS TO ACCESS HELP
1. FASTEST: If you are working with a charity or service organization, please have them complete a help request detailing your needs. https://expow.org/get-help/
2. You can fill out this form detailing the contact info for your case manager. We will work through your case manager to verify your need and determine and provide potential support. If you consider this option, there are two possible delays for you to consider:
– Privacy policy may prevent case managers from speaking with us. Their organization may require you to fill out a form to be able to do so.
– Case managers are busy. It could take a few days of more to connect.
